Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer

Job Summary

To support sales with marketing led demand generation and branding. Includes the creation of communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the company's products and services to customers and prospects. This is an ideal position for a self-starter who wants to be part of a collaborative environment whrere there is significant opportunity to make an impact and be recognized for it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use marketing methodologies to create and manage leads for the sales team through tactical campaigns and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Web Development teams to devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Work with team members in development of marketing content and collateral for CSS products, including digital/social media and email.
  • Work with CSS team members to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the set-up and support of marketing webinars
  • Manage and monitor success of inbound and outbound marketing communications
  • Work with the web development team to create collateral for demand creation and nurturing, including corporate blog.
  • Provide back up support and assistance for marketing events.
  • Under the direction of managers, research vendors, price points and options for promotional products, and be reponsible for ordering products.

Job Summary

This position will be to plan, direct and coordinate the marketing policies and programs for the company. The work will include the development and execution of marketing initiateves utilizing available marketing channels including (but not limited to) email, social media marketing channels, SEO, and PPC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the creation and on-going management of the corporate marketing plan.

  • Driving demand for the internal and external sales team through all digital channels

  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Maintaining and owning the company website and its development.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

  • Monitoring Net promoter score (or other KPI) metrics

Responsibilities

  • Build data repository (data warehouse) for OneView Monitoring platform
  • Develop interfaces between multiple products to a central repository
  • Build a presentation layer to display business critical dashboards/ reports

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a named set of accounts as directed by the business.
  • Generate & qualify sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the VP Worldwide sales and the marketing department to build and execute lead generation strategies that address the needs and interests of targeted audiences including social, telemarketing and email campaigns.
  • Deliver a strong, well-articulated value proposition, understand and qualify a clients needs, assess business issues.
  • Make daily outbound and follow-up calls to existing and, where directed, potential customers to sell full portfolio of CSS products and services.

  • Gather information such as contact name, address, company information, system tools being utilized, fiscal year-end, ect. from prospects and input into the CRM system.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls from prospects that have been solicited through marketing campaigns.

  • Work with management team to assess the Return on Investment(ROI) of compaigns.

  • Overcome objections of prospective customers by understanding the competitive landscape and customers pain points.
  • Be proficient with competing products and how CSS solutions compare.
  • Develop territory and account plans as necessary.
  • Provide weekly status updates on account and territory plans.
  • Assist with sales prospecting to schedule appointments for field sales team.
  • Create and distribute sales messages to prospects using targeted email marketing.
  • Provide general sales support to an assigned region of the North American sales team.
  • Work with the professional services team to coordinate pre-sales activity and documentation.
  • Ensure lead handoffs are successful, and exceed customer's satisfaction.
  • Accurate reporting of all activity, including use of CRM and monthly/quarterly preperation of reports.
  • Maintain a high level of company knowledge and insight into our competition/industry trends.
  • Some domestic travel may be required for industry events/seminars.

  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3-5 years experience as developer
  • Strong background in IT and operational environments e.g. linux/windows servers, networking, web applications, security
  • Experience with System Administration
  • Bash shell scripting

  • Able to independently research and troubleshoot / repair common IT infrastructure problems
